My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were subpar and very loud, which led to the inconvenience of having to change rooms. However, once settled in, the new rooms were clean, comfortable, and quiet. The staff were exceptionally helpful and exhibited professionalism in assisting with issues. The location was good, meeting our expectations, but there was a drawback of them not accepting cash at check-in. The dining experience was marred by a disappointing buffet, which we opted out of due to limited options. Overall, the hotel had its ups and downs, but the service and cleanliness were highlights.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the rooms were comfortable with very cozy beds, we had some issues, including a loud TV in the neighboring room until midnight and the room not being serviced the second day. However, the service, although the staff seemed to be new and the manager needed to be involved, was hospitable and helpful. The location, conveniently close to Bradley Airport and various attractions, was convenient but noisy, affecting my overall stay.

The service was outstanding and the location was convenient for our early morning flight. The dining experience was not ideal due to loud noise from the next room during breakfast.
